Shipments and returns

Orders take 7-21 days to complete, depending on the number of orders being dealt with.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter for all orders, this normally takes 1-2 days after you receive a 'Shipped' email notice. We always obtain a Certificate of Posting in case parcels go missing in transit.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Once orders are placed, items cannot be changed after 0900 on the following Monday.
